The Xperia X1 Thread

Is it just me or are you unable to choose Cape Town as a city in South Africa... they have every other dam place in SA except CT.. there must be something i am doing wrong!!!

Remember to disable TouchFLO3D in your Home Screen menu before trying to uninstall it otherwise it wont uninstall.

Sorry man... do you still have the site address where i can get this one... you are right the touch flo 3d is not as smooth as i would like it to be!!

yea its not funny man... they have places like alexandra, Benoni and boksburg... how can they leave out the best place in SA!! Dam monkeys!!
 
So green with envy now.
Have been told I can only get my x1 next week.
I've gone all para now. Thinking I might have pissed the lady off and she is stalling on purpose because i bugged her to much. The phones are avail all over pta atm, but I have to wait.

Mine froze twice earlier when i was trying to use the facebook panel but have no other problems since then!!
 
quick question guys when those of u that got your X1 was the box sealed in plastic?

Howzit piesang.. hows your phone going? mine is going like a charm... I have started to install my new panels on the SD card and the phone has not given any problems since then. Are you still using Touchflo 3d manilla... it is smoother than the other touchflo 3D but it does not quiet fit the screen on the X1(thats what i have noticed) and there is still no CT option which bugs the sh*t out of me... but besides that the phone is absolutely amazing!!!

They took the plastic off in front of me, to load my new sim otherwise it should always be sealed before you get it... otherwise some monkey has had a go on it before you!!
 
Mine was sealed as well. I opened it when I got home.

So far the phone haven't froze again so the problem is definitely Touchflo3D.

I didn't notice any problem with the size of Touchflo3D, mine was a perfect fit.

How is the sound quality and volume of your loud speaker?

My sound quality is great but the volume of the loud speaker could be a bit better!!
 
I want to get a good navigation system for my X1, and assuming on past posts is the Garmin mobile XP a good one to have?? Piesang have you tried out the a-GPS yet??

I am completely clueless to navigation software and how it works?? So any help will be greatly appreciated!!
