China buys/bought a lot of the resources that we sell, major importer.

Yeah, that statement is very worrying that he released. Pretty much confirmation of the behind the scenes struggle coming to light. If you read between the lines, imo, "the disruptors" are Zuma and Co and he points out he has the backing of the anc. Doesn't mention the support of Zuma

Zuma can't fire Pravin. Pravin knows this and is using his power to clean house and undo the JZness. Only way is to try and tarnish his reputation badly enough that he has to be replaced or resign.

Zuma and co are playing a really sick game with the lives of all citizens and the poor are going to bleed most come ratings downgrade time. There is zero stability at treasury and the ratings agencies will know and act on it.
