I got a 16.27 trade through fnb which included fnf margin of 1% or thereabouts. How fcuked up is it that we are chuffed with trades of r16 per dollar, crazy times.

I started existing in 2014, R11 to the zar was great. I didn’t bring most of it back at just after nenegate though...
 
And just as Bitcoin was starting to tank. I don't trade crypto to trade the Rand.

Yeah, more like Bitcoin has been doing no work the last 6 months and it was the Dollar messing with markets so it doesn't matter which way things go.
 
ZAR is at 16.63 to the USD now, relatively not too volatile the last 2 days, any predictions for what the rest of the week holds?
 
We're testing a lower support at the moment. Could see a breakout to the low side. If so I expect 16.00 to the dollar next week Friday or so

Looking good so far for the Rand

Give it another 2 hours or so to settle in to a direction before the weekend

Also NYSE opens in 20 minutes

And this Thursday is the deadline for the UK to agree on a Brexit deal. I've heard it should be a positive for the ZAR if they get a deal done.
