Theme Park accident - JHB

Dude, was it a 1.5m fall or 15m fall? The former is not really much for any thrill ride.

Peermont must be locked in meetings with their lawyers right now.:D

Spooky, some friends and I were discussing just this on Friday - not wanting to go near anything maintained in SA - theme parks were mentioned specifically by most as a "no go" area.

These things are not uncommon, even in the US. Disney and co go to great lengths to keep stuff like this out of the public eye, but it happens all the time.

Sure - it is just here in ZA where we have *everything* breaking all the time. Where the risk of something bad happening to you are far greater, and so on.

It is simply naive to think we are "the same" as everywhere else.

:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:The one Director, Greg, wanted to keep it from the media! He offered us a weekend in one of their hotels.

The people were injured. My back aches like hell. My girlfriend can barely move her neck!!!!!

They didn't help us after the accident. It was as if they didn't care. Everything went ahead as if nothing happened.

I am furious that they didn't show humanity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

moeder dude plz go preach somewhere else this is a thread about a theme park accident

no need to all emo on us it happens everywhere else and is not a south african thing for a theme park ride to break
