We use DSTV Now to catch up on sports, etc on a HiSense Smart TV

Since yesterday, the TV gives the above error every 15 minutes or so.

Does anybody know of a workaround, or fix?

My hisense smart TV does the same and I have factory resetted it and deleted all unnecessary apps that could be deleted but after few minutes of using dstv now app same message keep coming up there is insufficient system memory and app closes. Also why is loading Amazon prime video no longer an option in the store, it was previously one of standard preloaded apps but it is gone now. Any advice would be appreciated.
