A colleague of mine commented that there have been many recent birthdays at the office but none brought cake or sweets or food for the office to share in I already dislike this notion I must buy food for colleagues to enjoy on my birthday but am open to the fact that I am just a grumpy introvert but someone complaining they don't get free snacks just rubs me the wrong way.

Bloody manufacturers that put the incorrect specs on a datasheets. Says it supports one thing, but does not say that this this would require a "modification" to the standard version

I just take my birthday off. Solves the problem quite nicely.

But if you do that it says that it requires a 10 digit number and using that no verification come through grrr.

I just take my birthday off. Solves the problem quite nicely.

We are usually away for my birthday but when I hear comments like my colleagues I make a point to bring nothing on my birthday if I am at the office.
