Surely there's an alternative to OTP sms, otp sim stolen? Change to email otp never recieved, Simswap or a 6 hour queue at a far away branch, all you get.

Also card swallowed at the atm? For no apparant reason? Easy, Apply for a new one on the app, nope nah app error try again later.
But be sure to load each failed request as a new card with new card numbers on my account and don't deliver any of them.

Also your original card for which you recieved no correspondence for the swallowing is now cancelled, disabling all online and automatic payment, with no notification.

we had loadshedding 3 times yesterday and the last one started at 6 and was meant to Finnish at 10:30pm but there was a problem and the electricity only came back at 12 midnight.

I had them do a big service recently - new fan belt, new coolant pipes, new coolant etc etc etc.

I take this seriously, it is a matter of pride to me to keep things ticking over.

And then you get people who feel NAAFI and genny runs out of diesel/oil/whatever...
