lol - I suppose that did come across as decidedly "look at me". Thats 50k zar in a European context so not as dramatic as it sounds.

Got a raise & failed to tell tax dept...the local system is very chill - they rely on you being cool. But ultimately they will get their pound of flesh...

I just forgot about it & recently realised this will catch up with me & likely demand that one shot...hence "things that irritate you" post

Poorly developed sign-up processes that ask reams of questions, then fail on submission for arb reasons (like it doesn't like a dot in your email address) and then promptly lose half the info and expect you to re-enter it every time you click submit... not to mention a new captcha every time.
