There is an idiot in my apartment block who keeps 2 dogs that bark at such hours. Seems likely cruelty to keep dogs in such small spaces

Puritans and other non-smokers in one place shouldn't be allowed to impose their intolerance on smokers in another.

I think you're confused, it's the other way round. Go do your smoking where nobody else can inhale it.
