Good question. I have a couple of drives in the 200~500 GB range that I use as backup. Recently I got the external casing a Seagate 3.5" drive and ordered a power supply for it. The idea was to put this drive in there, merge everything from my smaller drives on to it and then I have a convenient single backup drive that I check every 6 months or so. Pity the drive I bought was kaput and the seller is playing hardball now.

It's worse when you call them to track a parcel that you've been waiting for for so long that you know the tracking number by heart by now, and you're kept on the line for 20 minutes (literally) only for them to come back to you and say "sorry, system is offline I can't track right now".

It is pretty sucky most of the time, seems down right now. Try 17track although it also relies on the SAPO site for info on SA parcels.
My preferred way to get the SAPO site is by putting the parcel number directly into the query string : http://sms.postoffice.co.za/TrackingParcels/TrackNTrace.aspx?id=PE123456789ZA

17track gives me cached results if the SAPO system is down, unfortunately.
Even sms.postoffice.co.za was down last night. I haven't tried again today. But in future I will rather ship it with Pargo as there seems to be a pickup point in my folks' hometown and the seller offers the service.

when roads are upgraded but then when you use them its just a ****up. makes you wonder if these people actually study wtf happens at these intersections during the morning peak. single turning lane into a dual carriageway but there are straight and right turn lanes completely underutilized. surely the straigh could be a turning lane as well. this results in a *** long wait. you then sit there and watch that two empty lanes and swear the traffic idiots out.
