My freshly issued laptop's battery is part of a bad batch apparently.

And it's integrated so needs to go to IT.

*sigh*
 
People who know everything and must argue their facts on every topic. And to add to that,people who present rubbish as fact.

Had the same experience at Vodashop Stell Square. Ended up doing my thing elsewhere, only to get a call a week later asking when im coming to upgrade!
 
Short people driving in their big cars. You see them struggling to peep out of their windscreens, can't you just raise the damn height on the seat?

I literally speed up getting out of their way when I see one.

I probably seem like an angry freak.

Same store! I work next to them and two years ago they were great but as of late they have really dropped the ball. Went in for a SIM swap yesterday on my prepaid phone. I fill in the form and at the top for Contact number I put my number, for the swap number I put my prepaid number. Less than 5 minutes after leaving the shop I get an SMS on the contact number saying it will be swapped! I run back asking them whats going on and they fetch the swap form I filled in. The prepaid number is crossed out and next to it is my contact number :mad:
 
So the other day I shared about the mom and girl....... after being in a safe place, she ended up going back to her abuser. There are so many people that cross my road (or do I cross theirs?), yet some things I just don't understand. Why? Why? Why? :mad:

Hearing about more good people planning on leaving. :/

And not 100% confident about the new generation that is supposed to replace them.

Well I leave the laptop at work...so if the place burns down as a result of the faulty battery then I just might.

It's 30+ degrees here but people still insist on switching the aircon off. Just leave it the fck alone and put on a jacket! :mad:

Aircon room temp shouldn't get colder the hotter it is outside. It should be creating a steady room temperature, not feel like a fridge. I don't need a 10 degree office just because it's 38 degrees outside.

Some people are cold at 20 degrees room temperature, whilst others are hot. It's impossible to find an equilibrium that will fit all.
