You have middle ear infection, definitely. Thats why you are off balance and it has flu like symptoms.

Hope not - had endless battles with that as a kid.

This is starting to feel more like a legit flu though which I find preferable over that dodgy vertigo head business.

My father had the exact same symptoms as you have in the same order and both times it was middle ear infection. The flu symptoms are really really bad and tires you out completely.

Sounds like you got vertigo son.
Not fun I can tell you that. A few months ago I went to bed perfectly fine. Got out the next morning and promptly moered back into it. Faded gradually over a 3 month period and no matter what the doctor did or tested for, it did not disappear. Fortunately now it is gone (or my brain has adjusted to it in some way)

Weirdest thing. Arrives out of the blue and seems to fade gradually.

I agree either you become aware and start moving your head slowly or else your brain adjusts.

I know they're often offline, so I try to call before I drive there, no answer on the phones, so I think.. heck... I'll take a chance and just go there...

"come back tomorrow" says the clerk

Ah, "tomorrow" - that magical place where 99% of productivity lies

I literally ask them if they're tired or just being lazy, and most people will laugh and say please come back tomorrow. Clearly meaning they're productively lazy.

Journalists with an agenda.

Can't explain more but it became personal today.
