To be fair, the buttons to Reply and Reply all are too close together in all the email software I've tried.
But yeah, the vast majority of people have no idea how such screw-ups can cause trouble for others - hell, these days, simply saving someones' contact details in your phone can effectively achieves the same result (unintended spreading of information to those who should not have it)
