In this day and age of Mapstudio, Garmin, Google maps on a phone and many others people still phone or stop people to ask for farken directions.

Hours on social media but won't take the trouble to figure out how to get from A to friggen B.

Things that irritate me?

Well lately it's courier companies with poor service and who don't communicate whatsoever. Read "SkyNet"
A glance at HelloPeter tells you all you need to know.
I wish Takealot didn't make use of them. It's almost always a headache when I see them as the designated couriers for one of my orders.

yup. That's the one.
The call centre agent uses the word "eish" literally every sentence. I kid you not.

"empowered" ? I'd like to "empower" them up the you know what.
