My Sister In Law and her husband. Whenever they are in town visiting us, they will find some excuse to go out early in the morning, leaving their 3 daughters with us, so they can go and have Wimpy or some breakfast. I'll never be able to do that to my own kids.

Just this morning, as I was leaving the house, I caught them at the bottom of the street dumping their KFC packets out the window before they come home.

Fscking disgraceful!

They don't want to share (lol)

Sometimes the price just takes the joy out of the present. I feel like a right cow about my lack of appreciation for what my husband got me today. I'd been admiring this decorative tile on Saturday and I thought it was kinda cheap at R90 per m2 and he goes and buys me 20 today and turns out they're ninety freaking rand each. All I could think was why? Why would you spend so much money on that? Yes, I'm an ungrateful witch.

/Only a bit off topic as my reaction irritates me :o

awe...go back to him once installed and tell him you can see it now. Had the same thing with family my side. You're "allowed" to change your opinion once its installed - its a change but a very defensible one since seeing it in context with the right lighting etc makes all the difference. ;)

I've been on the other end - I pushed through a change everyone disagreed with...and it turned out great once installed. So everyone was OK with the result and the good result calmed everyone's nerves.

Sounds like fun...

Last time I told The Wife that I'm going to hide my beer, because he dribks 12 but only brings 6. So far he's been behaving this time.

Using me? Well tomorrow he's putting in a new light in my kitchen because "he's taller than me" ;)

Well done
