Pedestrians that cross the road and keep staring in the wrong direction (opposite to the oncoming traffic in the lane they are crossing).
 
Mobile app updates that are as big as the original app - it takes up alotta data and is time consuming. One I remember off hand is Plants vs Zombies 2 which was 350MB. Hungry Shark is similar.

Also mobile games that are full of micro transactions.
 
People that use the caps lock on to make a capital letter and then caps lock off to type the rest of the sentence/password.
 
why do people insist on saying Hi, followed by their sentence - in an email that has been going back and forth between recipients?

Surely one Hi is enough? I don't say Hi between every sentence when I am having a discussion with people in person?
 
When people expect an explanation for every decision I make that doesn't suit them, or their agenda.

People that enter a traffic circle, ram on their brakes to let someone else from one of the side roads in. WHY? Why!!??
