It is good manners to stand on the left side of an escalator.

I find it very annoying when people do not walk away when they step off an escalator but decide that the exit point is the perfect place to survey the entire floor.

I find the spacing on escalators such that they are not entirely meant for walking up or down but maybe that's just me.

On your second point I completely agree. It's the same as people who stop dead when they're walking in a shopping mall.

Yes they're fairly narrow and walking past may be a problem if there's a big boned type in the way or you yourself are of the big boned type.

OMW... the worst!!! I'm not sure how much money did I got let me print a statement first... mmm I got R99 in the bank... maybe I can get R100... tries... fails... let me draw R99... tries... fails...eish...draws another statement... R85... eish...this bank... finds R50 inside bra...tries to deposit it...success... draws another statement... R110 in bank account...tries to draw R50... success...leaves...
 
People that can't read the 10 items or less sign at the grocery store, i hope your bags are ripped and everything fall out while you walk... ass
 
People that want you to do urgent things just before home time. FFS tomorrow is another day.
