Initially it's lower cost, for maybe the first year or two, but as rent goes up most of the time it starts to balance and then go higher. Also it's not no maintenance, it's less maintenance as you've still got to do some maintenance, yes painting and repairs is on him. But gardens and maintaining other things are on you.
