A far cry from the first diesel-electrics or nuclear subs... If you can get one for a good price, outfit it like a luxury hotel, will you get guests willing to brave diving to 10m depth, avoid rough seas and winds, and have a smooth journey?

Not so sure about the idea (and what a good price would be) but I'd gladly go as a guest! At least you'll have stable electricity with those two OK-650 fission reactors. Can probably supply a few neighbourhoods with it too and subsidize your submarine purchase
