Things that please you...

Rather don't. If you're in the window period, what then?
You have to declare on the card. But you are right - I was joking. If you read the form you have to sign that you are not doing it to get tested. So his blood would not be eligible if he is honest.

I'm already scared of needles as it is.
Why? It hurts for a fraction of a second. I have to watch it going into me.
To get this one in me, they had to hold up two mirrors so that I could see what they were doing in my spine.

Painted a border in the 1st team hockey change rooms on Sunday and did some general cleaning. Place looks refreshed for the new season.

Plenty of "lasts" for my daughter this year - so many of them remind me of my matric year and bring forth bouts of nostalgia.

My son is in Matric too. And yes - brings back a lot of memories. Many of them "last times". Trying to get him to understand it was a challenge - but he is starting to get it now.

My son is only 8 and I see some of these things already :-(. About two years ago we went to a rugby match that he played at my old school. Was rather sad walking around it, remembering 20 years prior of my time there. For some reason I've been feeling really nostalgic lately.

I do too - especially with music. It hits hard sometimes. But it is a good feeling.
Looking through all my photos I realise that I have had so many amazing experiences and times. Even business trips have been fantastic.

I think most of us are - seeing the current state of our beloved country and remembering a time when it was not so, when it was a country to be proud of....
I only Matriculated 21 years ago and even than it felt like there might be hope. Looking back now sigh, wish it was so.

Mine are looking at photos of my son growing up, never having had the second one it probably makes me a little more sad sometimes. Most of the time it's happy memories.
