Things that please you...

I got a few days annual leave with my wife. She is hardly ever allowed leave (except a couple of weeks at year end). We started it off with a couples Kai Thai massage :)

Lekker! Plans for the rest of the leave?

I absolutely hate being touched by anyone else, so massages are a no-go for me. They give me the ick

A massage can be uncomfortable and sore. So I can understand this.

Sadly, our cars must go for services Tuesday and Thursday. But there will be a couple of leisurely breakfasts and time to chill. For me, I have some work to do in my office (cleaning up) and Lego (which is always a pleasure). Just the joy of being off together is amazing.

Tuesday we were up early (yep in the midst of annual leave) and my wife's car went for its annual service. Breakfast (Jessica's and shan't be going there ever again) at Clearwater Mall and a nice walk around in parts of the mall. We went to Lifestyle in Randpark Ridge for a stroll.

Wednesday was a trip to Krugersdorp to get my daughter's driver's licence. We stopped in at Garden World on our way home. Both days involved plenty of Lego time, so happy.

My wife went to Middleburg in Mpumalanga to collect an 8 week old kitten. He is a frisky, bouncing, and delightful Siamese Chocolate Point. We love him, such a joy.

Paws and claws aside (claws out when he plays or jumps on you ), he is bringing such joy to us all.

Did it say it was ready, mine says it's on the way there since last week

I think it said ready for collection. With my wife and her renewal, the only message we received was it is on its way (some time back now). My wife took a chance on Saturday and collected her licence from the station. Two wins in the same week :)

I find it fishy that on one hand the US of A is giving the ANC govt a lot of flak regarding their stinky policies... yet US of A companies want to set up shop in this country of ours where EWC is a big stinky issue.

Discovered peanut butter and tuna on toast as part of a post-workout breakfast. :)
