Things that please me at the mo? My Sony headphones I bought a few months back.

Yes, I spent a few bob on them at the time. The noise cancellation feature is now (regretfully) paying off in premium. In an open office (especially Tuesdays and everyone is in), it is incessantly noisy. Conversations, joking, laughter, mobiles ringing loud, etc.

Spotify on. NC on. Work is bliss

For my team mate (with no NC), who is also bliss to work with, it's super painful

Do you use the same set for meetings? And does it do voice isloation well too?

Yes, I use the same set for meetings too. The voice isolation is not good enough, as I often see Teams detecting voices around me when I am muted. It is unfortunately a negative feature. If I know I need to be part of the chat, I move to an empty office.
