Things that please you...

White cells went again from 0,16 to 0,47. 0,5 is needed to go home and I should be over this tomorrow.

I'll apparently beat the ward's record for fastest release after the transplant by a day! :D

Quite ecstatic!

That is fantastic news - hope you are feeling a bit better and stronger

Those Jalapeno Cheese Balls from Burger King. But I like them really fresh, crispy and boiling hot. Sadly I would say that I was addicted.

Peanut butter and jam sandwich. With extra peanut butter and extra jam.
Breakfast of champions

Being out of hospital.

Now stuck at home for 6 weeks with heavy food restrictions but at least I can sleep in my bed and don’t have a drip 24/7.

Runners high. ;)

Was feeling a bit "under the weather" in more ways than one all day. Tried some good Chardonnay and it did not help, them the wife suggested maybe I should go for a jog. Been a month and a day since my last run, but being outside in the soft rain as the sunsets was so good. My smart watch had less of a good time if the GPS is anything to go by :)

Sitting on a chair on a cruise ship and admiring the sights of Venice.

Watching old sitcoms again on comedy central - and watching an episode you have never seen before!

Been about a year since I took more than a day or two's leave and now it is 21 days until I am on leave for 21 days. Can't wait. Durbs here I come. Missing 3 weeks of Gauteng winter and chilling by the sea is something I love.

There's not much better on God's green earth than a Durban winter.
