Things that please you...

Not sure if this pleases me or was a career limiting move, but anyway. On Sunday after the ride the team from work posted a pic on facebook. The MD commented and I since I am friends with her yet I added her. At the coffee machine just now she says "Oh, I see we are friends on facebook now." To which I respond "Yes, I got drunk on Sunday after the ride and added you". So everyone LOLs and I jokingly add that I make most of my life decisions like that which I way I now drive a French car and have a daughter that is turning 5.

It was pretty funny and I'm pleased I had the balls to say it, but now I wonder...

When you finally dislodge a particularly stubborn piece of food from between your teeth.

haha probably not the best career move there. Entertaining though

This. Never used to see the point in toothpicks. Seems as you get older food seems to find ways of hiding in between your teeth.

I have floss everywhere. At home, in my car, at work, in my briefcase.

I go crazy if something is stuck.

Toothpicks find a way to stick between my teeth. Floss is the only thing that works well for me.

- When you can write an entire method/function without opening StackOverflow once
- Being left alone to do the work allocated in this sprint and only that
- Getting home and having my 3 + 5 year olds running to the door shouting 'pappa pappa'

To experience all 3 those must be something very amazing. Today I could do the first two and then picked up my nearly 5 year old daughter from day school. She is one of the few people I know who likes daddy's 407 coupe and going home in that.

I will trade nothing for this.

Is that you?

Hey, I'm sure I've seen you somewhere before.

Very possible. You've probably seen me on a bicycle with my trousers rolled up going to or coming from work. I have many people along the way that have become "regulars" that greet me vise versa.

Roux is also often seen sitting on his klip or drying his socks in the microwave

Irony.
