Does it also have an option to block phrases? Numbers is not the issue so much as spam messages from those long numbers, so it helps to block word phrases.

Something similar is happening with my sister, not on that scale, though - she's just had a 2nd child, yet they don't even have money to feed the first properly. But "it's a gift from god".

I wish someone could successfully talk some sense into her head.

It's not a lot per a child and it's a biatch to get. My MIL looked after two of her grandkids in 2016 with promises of the grant, she did eventually get some money, about 8 months later after they'd gone home again. Think it worked out to R16 a day for the kids.
