Things that please you...

Discovery wellness finding only 12% body fat on my for the past 2 years.

Run fat boy run:crylaugh:

Seriously, in line with some of the posts above about the tik addict, wonder what her fat percentage is, and then makes me wonder how accurate a tool that is to denote overall health and wellness?

The problem with my fat is it is all concentrated around my waste, so I do have a belly that is a bit on the fat side, despite being fit and doing about 2 hours of exercise a day. I feel a lot fitter now that I can't donate blood until July, but yeah, still drinking way too much and I never eat veggies or fruit.

Today I'm please that the we're halfway to the weekend.

Haven't tried that one yet... Probably pricey.

They are sold in twin packs for around +/-R7.00 per twin pack. I got the box from Makro 20 twin packs ( 40 biscuits ) for R140.00 works out cheaper.

Rain

Some good stuff falling here in East London for pretty much the entire day already :)

Pleases my that by UCI standards this part of my daily commute apparently requires extreme caution. No one told me that all these years...

Stellenbosch had the most beautiful biking trails. I spent many a weekend exploring routes ... has it been 20 years already??? Sheet!!!!

Yeah, I'm really spoiled for choice. This new lap stage at Coetzenburg was built a few years ago and is a very nice addition. Going home everyday is a lot of fun.

Did it finally happen?

We were waiting for it for years and the project was constantly delayed.
Yeah seemed pretty good. Not sure how they managed it though doesn’t seem to be on the train itself so I guess they covered the tunnels

Nice people. The folks I work with, buyers that are friendly and happy with my service, friendly faces on the way to work that greet back. It really does not take a lot to make others smile, just be friendly. :)
