Part of my last order at Raru was this R90 Patriot flash drive, but it was DOA. I did not want to go through the whole rigmarole of getting them to send out a courier and collect it so I just put it in a normal brown envelope with a stamp and mailed it back to them. I had forgotten about it until today when then sent me an email asking to just log the return online and they will send it to the supplier for testing.

That's pretty cool, SAPO does still work it seems and Raru are flexible with returns.
