Things that please you...

Wohoo. Got a fantastic deal on a gaming laptop.

Not 100% what I wanted, but the price vs specs is just too good to resist...:love::love:

620 GBP so just over 10k zar. :D

ASUS ROG Strix GL502VM-FY173T 15.6 inch FHD Gaming Laptop (Intel Kabylake Core i5-7300HQ, 12 GB DDR4 RAM, 256 GB SSD, NVIDIA GTX1060 3 GB GDRR5 Graphics, G-Sync, Windows 10)

Feeling a bit like a crook, but way back in February I ordered a set of 9x3 speed STI type shifter/brake levers for my road bike from Aliexpress. Not Shimano, but a reasonable knock off that seems to get good reviews. It never arrived and two months ago I logged a query. Aliexpress found the tracking details provided were not valid and refunded me.

So yesterday at the post office these shifters turn up :D

Getting a room in the guest house that's near the kitchen so you're woken up by the smells of freshly ground coffee and bacon

Getting home in the afternoon to a clean house after you spent the entire previous evening cleaning.

I haven't done it yet, but it would be nice. :erm:

White cells count tripling meaning the transplant is grafting nicely!

Though the bone pain from the Neupogen kicking the same day is definite not cool.

I feel like ripping my spine out of my body.

Sorry about that. Thanks heavens I only needed it ONCE throughout treatment........phew!

I had 33 in 11 days pre-transplant + 1 after each of the 10 chemo cycles + 1 per day since Saturday.

White cells went again from 0,16 to 0,47. 0,5 is needed to go home and I should be over this tomorrow.

I'll apparently beat the ward's record for fastest release after the transplant by a day! :D

Quite ecstatic!
