When I was still 120kg and started walking I could barely manage 5km, but I kept at it. Wish there were parkruns back then, but I'm glad they are around now.

There are 140 spread over most of the Country, including 1 in Swaziland and 2 in Namibia.

We used to do that a lot back in the day. Actually over the weekend I went through one of the Russian sites I ripped and found in one of their videos there is a girl that looks exactly like my sister in law.
