Gathered up all the old unused / broken electronics around my home over the weekend and will be selling it to one of those electronics recycling places today. Can't believe the crap I put away "in case".

Includes: industrial sized CD / DVD disc cleaner, old pc monitor, old pc case, 2 printers (working condition, but Cash Converters won't buy as toner is more expensive than the printer), 2 DVD writers / ROMs, broken ice maker, portable radio, security alarm system.

Why not put it on the pay it forward thread?

Finally patching the slow puncture I had in my one rear tyre, necessitating a couple of seconds of air from the compressor (my foot on a flimsy foot-pump) every three or so days.

Now it keeps a solid 230kPa like it ought to

Packed lunches. (it takes the guess work out of it, saves on money and the hassle of having to go somewhere or order)

/dry-humps gas stove

We also bought one last year, and been very happy with it. We haven't finished the first 9kg bottle we bought with it, and we use the stove maybe five or so nights every week

I told someone in the office if he doesn't come to our beer lunch then he'll get piss in the eye. Surprised he said, "we're does that come from?!"

So I told him a tale from my childhood - a true story.

You see once in a blue moon on a Sunday my mom would be in a good mood and make us milkshakes, a nice treat instead of the usual Sunday ice cream. You had the choice of banana or chocolate. My sister and I were most grateful when this opportunity arose. My brother on the other hand was the spoiled one. So I took banana and my sister and brother opted for chocolate. It was delicious - however my brother complained, he said, "it's not chocolatey enough". So my mom added some Nesquick. Then the brat quipped "now it's not sweet enough". By this time my mom was getting irritated. She added some sugar and handed it back to him "Yuck!" my brother shrieked. "This is too sweet!" My mom was having none of it, seeing as my sister and I were all too happy with what we got. She said to my brother, she be like "Listen to me, you will finish that milkshake or I will......" she paused "... or I will piss in your eye!"

I miss my childhood.
