The way I can now flex my hours and accommodate more support issues on a direct basis from around the world - in particular the USA. For years I was a staunch believer in working from the office. Now I have shown myself there is far bigger things out there if you embrace change.

Months ago I virtualised my work station and I hope in the coming weeks I'll be able to hand it off to someone to return it to the company. Then I will be 100% work from home on my own resources.
 
That soft but very satisfying beep of my alarm sytem coming back to life, the very first sound I hear every time power is restored :)
