Things that please you...

Got a new keyboard, besides it's not being RGB, the switches are supposed to be the same, but it feels smoother.

But does it come with a numpad?
Surprisingly yeah :-). Even a knob to control volume, though this takes away the lights that normally indicate if scroll, caps or num lock are on. But the keys light up if they are on.

new work laptop a Latitude 5320 with 16GB RAM core i5, but no RJ45- Ethernet jack:(
at least I have my personal Vostro 3550 with onboard AMD for that,
haha, got into that same spot. Ordered a couple of new laptops, when they arrived, was like huh? no network port?

New way of cutting costs - after all you can connect via wifi.

got those as well, problem is when the USB c gives out, your F****
at least they charge my phone quickly, so even if the Dock is messed up the Charger element still works a treat.
What actual need do you have for a hard-wired ethernet connection?

so first its removable batteries, then its RJ45 ports, then its VGA ports,
what next? will laptops begin to resemble Tablet PC's with 1 USB c port on them, and thats it?

VGA ports, HDMI, displayports all seem to be disappearing.

agreed, but then let me ask this,
what actual need do you have at home and at work for paper?
I mean everything is digital, everything can be displayed and read off a screen,

yet people still print things, and there is no such thing as a paperless office.
Not exactly the same kind of thing.

In fact though, I haven't even been setup on the office printer for more than two years, so there's that.
