There's a dump about 2 miles away, it's easy to use and free for residents, so no excuse.

The bin diving recyclers here are starting this, they picked the nearest spot with a patch of trees to do their sorting, right behind the residential area.

Growing worse by the day, there are others as well, they move around as the vegetation dies.
