Solved this by losing my temper, banging on his door and calling him the above.

So peaceful now.

What I shouldn't have done was stood by his door for a moment eavesdropping, guy's going to lose the apartment it sounds like,.... just like a tiny speck of sympathy for him.
 
When you leave a massive pile of cardboard boxes, stuffed full of packaging material, next to your recycling bin on collection day (because the bin is full) and the bin men come and take it all away...

The bin diving recyclers here are starting this, they picked the nearest spot with a patch of trees to do their sorting, right behind the residential area.

Growing worse by the day, there are others as well, they move around as the vegetation dies.
