Things that please you...

Yes, but at what price? Last set of Bridgestones on my car was more than R7k and MTB tyres are also helluva pricey as of late....

Unfortunately 275/45/20’s don’t come cheap and I don’t like skimping on tyres so I spent a fair bit more than R7k for four new Bridgestone Potenza Sports. The Pirelli’s I fitted to my XC bike weren’t too badly priced and the Pirelli’s I fitted to the road bike I used were the cheapest I could find.

Finding a Christmas gift at the gate from the nextdoor neighbour. Tin full of Lindts :giggle:

Hope she's not expecting a gift in return from us though because there won't be any.

Getting a sonoff smart power switch onto my pool vs the old fashioned timer. Now I can see how much it uses and also turn it off remotely, sort out a proper schedule :-)
Did that when I had to replace my pool after the Durban floods.. One of the best parts of the whole setup in my opinion, everything on an as to change schedule and I can flick the light on from my phone if I want, though I still am unsure why a light is ever included in a pool since I never use it.

No idea either, mine has been floating or out of the pool since 2021, the Muppet who "fixed" my pool didn't secure it properly, called him in numerous times but yeah.
