Yes. If you use IS or SAIX server and the NZB is on the news servers...

It's an NZB for a linux distro I think, but it's on usenet so you could grab it on local.

yes you are, but i tried grabing with the telkom news server, however on the usage tracker that telkom provides, it shows that i havent even dented my local usage but international keeps going

You are capped right? You can only use your local cap once you have finished your international cap.

Is it running on a local (za) domain, etc? Do you have a control panel of some sort?

Nokia.co.uk is semi because you must change it south Africa (currently at Uk)
