Thinning an O'ring

I have got a tiny rubber O'ring, the OD is perfect, but I want to enlarge the ID. Is it possible?

You would be better off finding the exact o ring you need, to ensure things seal as intended..

if its plastic one could just print another plastic one on a 3d printer.

You would probably compromise the structural integrity and it will fail.

It's a seal for an Air Pistol, no pressure, just need to prevent too much gas escaping

The Valve Assembly is totally sealed. This one is to keep a close gap between it and the pellet holder

What rubber?
There are different materials for O-Rings.

As you said for an air pistol my advice would be to get one with an exact fit, otherwise you will have problems.
It is never a good idea to try and adjust a seal by removing or adding material, specially something that is under pressure, no matter how little said pressure is
