Find an o-ring with an OD = to the ID of the current one and superglue them together. You get places that sell loose o-rings of almost any size.

I see you want to do the opposite.

Could try a place that sells o-rings and buy one with a smaller OD.

Alternatively you can buy o-ring cord from some rubber suppliers by the meter - cut to length and glue the ends together.

Find a rubber mite in your garden and tie it to a piece of string with length = radius you're after. Mite will eat away until it can't anymore.

Manually resizing an oring, especially for use in an air gun is just asking for crap.
Find an online schematic of the pistol and identify the correct size oring, then goto Bearing Man and get the right thing.
