Yep, already sent him the claim number in two separate emails. He's got everything I needed to process my own claim.

He sent me a snarky email complaining about admin, so I think he is under the impression that he can just sit back. I couldn't even do that with my own claim. I had to follow up with my insurer for my own claim and repairs because they just went quiet for a bit.

I would've just replied, please contact insurance, use claim number and await further instructions. I had to do that with the lady as well, as she kept mailing me and I was like sorry please contact so and so. Eventually just ignored her mails.

It's just not worth it.

You pay your insurance every month for this very reason, so make full use of them.

Their services go far beyond just paying out your claims.

They trick people with the no claims bonus, which everyone is scared of losing.
