Yep, already sent him the claim number in two separate emails. He's got everything I needed to process my own claim.
He sent me a snarky email complaining about admin, so I think he is under the impression that he can just sit back. I couldn't even do that with my own claim. I had to follow up with my insurer for my own claim and repairs because they just went quiet for a bit.
I would've just replied, please contact insurance, use claim number and await further instructions. I had to do that with the lady as well, as she kept mailing me and I was like sorry please contact so and so. Eventually just ignored her mails.
