Third Query no answer.

I have queried my account 3 times and have ref. no's. Still no feedback after 3 months.
Sent a new query 3 days ago and still nothing. They say 48 hrs???
 
Welcome to the world of mtn customer service. I reported a coverage issue, a lovely long email and very detailed too. I have been waiting over a month now. I have the idea they tossed it aside...

I printed out the list of queries that have occured recently, the last one i pick up was for june this year and the billing guys have advised that the amount was correct as on the May invoice the amount specified in acordance wth charge was used... im on your side but i dunno man, if you're going to take this further ie in the form of lawyers etc i would advise triple checking your figures and document some valid proof:(

Please pm me the reference number you got, the cell number you logged the query with, the affected area, il check with the responsible co ordinator as to what is happening.
