I was capped on the 10th of this month.... but I dont have any proof where my bandwidth went, so I dont know if it was rogue software, theft or just be downloading the NET .... I have changed that now.. and running audits on all my PPP traffic.

I have the same opinions about Sentech and Vodacom.

I've been burnt by Sentech and iBurst. Hell, I bet they even went as far as to violate some human right that I don't know of. Their billing and support is absolutely incredibly horrible and I lost all respect for them in the way they treat their employees and clients.

Same goes for Mr. Casper at Sentech Helpdesk. He verbally abused me several times because I not only knew more than him about a specific person/technology/situation, but just because he could...

Companies like that should just go and burn in hell, and these forums allows me to be whatever I want to be like without anyone trying to shut me up (except the occassional mod I pissed off)

AcidRazor I've had the same experiece and worse from the damn accounts department as of late but hell in your recent posts you simply bash anything anyone says and it seems that you want to push Telkom's products to the ppl that are using iburst, I mean have you looked at how the ppl in the ADSL sub-forum bitch and moan??

So in essence you telling us you've been burned by Iburst, 3G and sentech but you are happy with Telkom?????

IMHO nothing in SA is worth supporting but if you don't use anything then you might as well keep off the inet. Yes all 4 companies rape us ****less with regards to the high pricing of the BW but what exactly can you do? Our useless government is taking it's sweet time to get any form of change cos telkom pays them, now SNO's recent press statement states that THEY will NOT provide the much needed price wars to go head to head against telkom. What do we the customers end up with? Telskums #2

If you can provide me with a Uncapped 8mb dsl or for the same pricing/structure as overseas I'd be your first customer and pay you the amout I'm paying iburst for that line!!! but until then please at least provide some constructive criticism in your rantings.
