This is how many SAA flights get delayed each year

FlightStats has published its annual report on the most on-time and delayed airlines in the world - showing just how South Africa's national carrier compares to its global counterparts.

On mainline routes, SAA has an on-time arrival rate of 82.6%, meaning only 17.4% of flights experience delayed travel in 2016. On-time departures are slightly better at 86.3%.

FlightStats started compiling its arrival and delay report in 2014 and has published it annually since, showing SAA’s track record over the past three years.

In both 2014 and 2015, 13% of flights were delayed, making 2016 the worst year for SAA in the report.

And you know the funny part is that if the title just gave the actual information I would have been more inclined to click the link.

I have no willpower...I must click it ( )...so if someone -whoever gets there first - can just inform everyone else...that'd be great!

From now on, if I get to clickbait articles first, I'll summarize for everyone else.

Yeah - I am completely ****ing dumbfounded.

The funny thing is if the pertinent information was in the forum, and I found it interesting I would go read the article. Now it is just attractive headline - oh - give us more add revenue to read the article.

Soon it will be a case of clicking next for each sentence.
