There's this geek at ABSA who has been passing comments about me to my girl yet when I ask him he denies it then calls her and states he knows where we live etc...

Thing is I dont take threats lightly but considering he never says a thing to me but rather to my girlfriend

How do I react?
He's like a frikkin mosquito...

Advice?

Well if your girl is entertaining his crap there must be something there...
Are the bad comments about you true? Is there a reason why she should believe him?

no he just nags, will make silly comments about me that irritates her, like a little boy
and i'll usually let it pass, but when he starts trying to make indirect threats, i have to act on that right

This little man obviously doesn't have gonads otherwise he will tell you to your face what his problem with you is. I reckon he enjoys getting a rise from you. Rather take it up with ABSA stating harassment etc. I'm sure he would be the first to lay a charge against you if you touch him.
