New 3G DStv channels

Three new channels have been added to DStv Mobile’s 3G offering: TBN, MK and KooWee. This brings the total number of 3G channels to 14.

What about more content for DSTV Drifta subscribers. 40% increase and nothing nice to watch and I am not into sports. I would like M-NET to be available then I will be happy to R49 per month

And nobody complained about the religious channel yet :wtf:

Well it's not worth it in any case. An endless 2 hour loop of content for a week is rather quickly burned through and is why I cancelled the service after one month.

Actually I switched on my drifter for the first time last night after 2 months or so and discovered what looked like 2 new channels to me ? There is a mnet light version and a series channel. I was pleasantly surprised. Off course I could have missed it if it was added long before.

For when you need Christian dogma while travelling?

What a bunch of crap channels. What is the use of a Christian channel? Same religious nonsense. A music channel and kiddies channel: Duh!! Give us something of value that actually means something like a documentary channel or more news channels.

A news channel would be especially useful while travelling!

Cartoon network booted for Disney with terrible content. Boomerang booted. Trace booted. E! booted. Sales and forum teams have stated that E! come back when big brother comes off. one has to wonder if this was true as with idols on its exit we have seen less channels left and a subscription increase greater than inflation. hope the local channel launches weren't a tactic to reduce content.
