Which ISP's do not throttle your downloads during prime time of 17h00 and 22h00?
I'm with rocketnet on openserve fibre, I'm experiencing throttling with iptv. At exactly 23h, there is no more buffering and everything streams smoothly.RocketNet doesn’t do this and we make sure we always have more than 50% capacity available at peak times.

Many content distribution networks (CDN's) implement a per IP rate limit for downloads so that all their customers get fair access to the CDN nodes. So today a big Microsoft Flight Simulator update is out.
Downloading through VPN (SA servers), download is about 100Mbit/s (I'm now on a 200/200 line).

Connecting normally (VOX/FrogFoot) download never goes above 2 MBit/s.View attachment 1420149
So yeah def something funny going on. VOX throttling yes?
I'm experiencing the same on Rocketnet with OpenServe. I'm considering moving to Rocketnet with MetroFibre and see if I experience the same issues.I'm with rocketnet on openserve fibre, I'm experiencing throttling with iptv.
