So is he badmouthing his own company or what?
Far removed from reality, envious, that got to be some good stuff going the rounds there...
"He warns unsuspecting consumers to read the fine print before signing any ADSL contract."
Something I wish I had done before signing up with OpenWeb. Went through basically everything they had to offer in search of a decent connection. They all sucked!
Daily comms with support was a norm.
I don't get suckered easily. Signing up with OpenWeb was one of the times I was unfortunately suckered.
Won't trust this company again.
Mike who are you with now? Looks like I have missed something with the OW furore that is coming down in this thread.
I moved over to Afrihost Business 6mbps uncapped.
Internet the way it is meant to be.
OW was seriously horrible. I eventually ended up on their gold package then gave up and moved on.

I'm on the 6mb GOLD account and I have been less affected than most it seems. Just updated my info from the OW feedback thread and I see where all the drama is coming from. What is the afrihost business account setting you back pm?

You do know that posting a pm is a bannable offense?

Openweb using the same PR dept as the ANC?
Maybe some clarity, which whatswhat is not willing to share…rpm sent me a PM about this and said that communication on it is now closed without entering into further discussions.
