Thunderbolt

So, I've been thinking. Now that Thunderbolt aka Light Peek is here, how cool would it be to have a hub/port replicator running off one Thunderbolt connection? Imagine a sleek aluminium bar resting at the back of your desk, with one cable running to your macbook to connect all your devices... Such a device would include:

HDMI
DVI
Multiple USB ports
More Thunderbolt ports
FireWire
5/1 Audio connectors
Ethernet
Card Reader

You can even take it further:

USB 3 ports
Dedicated graphics card running over Thunderbolt's PCIe
Multiple monitor support
MagSafe cable

... see where I'm going with this? Now, it might just be a pipe dream, at least as far as expecting some sort of official device, but this would be pretty awesome, right?

From what I understand, Thunderbolt (a.k.a. lightpeak) is just a bus, so this is all possible. Putting Firewire on it, however, doesn't make that much sense, since Firewire is also a bus.
