I must just caution you @OP.

From personal experience I've been getting a lot of stock standard Dell laptops with the 1TB HDD's these days and they perform dog slow, despite the RAM or CPU specs. With just the base OS installed they run like crap from day 1 and certainly will not last 3-5 years. And I don't think I am SSD biased in the sense of working on them for a while and then going back to HDD, these 1TB HDD's are really just horrible for some reason. It's a crime that they're still around. People who have never used an SSD still complain about these 1TB laptop HDD performance on getting a new laptop.

If you can fit it in your budget, a smaller SSD (Even after-market) is a must. I would rather have an SSD with 4gig RAM than an HDD with 8gig RAM if push comes to shove. With a SATA to USB connector those 1TB's make for okay external HDD's at least, a little better than a paperweight.

Do yourself a favor and go to a few Cash Converters Shops.

Thanks @Bobbin . My work Laptop has an SSD and I can appreciate the difference between the two, but for my at home needs - nice to have but not essential. Flashgear seems to have a good deal for me (with SSD), so I am waiting on his feedback.
 
@Flashgear has sorted me out. Got a lot more than I bargained I could get at the price. Also arranged Office 2019 for me, on a Sunday nogal...:):giggle:.
All up and running.
Excellent Service - I will recommend him, and likely use him again in future.
