Time for ADSL Bitstream access?

For Internet Solutions, Web Africa, Telkom Internet to provide their upstream bandwidth to ADSL subscribers they use a Telkom Wholesale product called IP Connect which allows thems to provision their bandwidth (ie IS)to those subscribers as Telkom owns the local loop. This cost excludes the cost of the upstream bandwidth

IPConnect = ADSL subscriber -> DSLAM -> Telkom Network -> ISP = Upstream Bandwidth via local peering & SAT3 etc etc
Described very basically as TheRodent & Roman4606 will understand it in more technical detail

Sorry no costing on IPStream
