Last week marked the end of a more than two-year-long process of breathing life into Communication Minister Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri's now distant pronouncements that legalised voice over IP (VoIP).

If Neotel comes into play, and offer the same VAN's connectivity at cheaper tariffs, then we all can guess what's going to happen...

Amazing, Neotel has been licensed for how long and people are still, and quite rightly so IMO, questioning if they're going to do something with that license.
